I rarely write letters of recommendation for businesses or services I use. Not because my standards are unreachable or that I feel I get great results from most. In the case of Mark H. Jaffe, Attorney at Law, I am compelled to do just that. I engaged Mr. Jaffe for legal assistance with a traffic v...iolation in which I felt was excessive relative to the actual event.
