Mark H. Jaffe

Mark H. Jaffe is a superb lawyer. I was unfairly accused of DWI and he went to trial with my case. He believed in my innocence. I hired Mr. Jaffe to defend me in a Municipal Court matter and he did a great job. I am a professional and have very high standards. I first hired Mark back in May when I was arrested and charged with shoplifting. I was just going to take the PTI they were offering me and be done with it, but then I got an advertisement in the mail from Mark. It really stuck out because it had REAL signature. Not just a printout that the entir...e state gets anytime someone gets a ticket and such. From the beginning Mark has been tremendous! He is in constant contact with me, either phone, email, or text. He really is available 24/7 like he says! I have need been in trouble with the law and upon meeting him I had an automatic sigh of relief knowing things were going to be ok with him! My case was dropped from Criminal Court to Municipal Court without me even stepping foot in a court room! This proves the brilliance of this man and the respect that he has from the judicial system. Mark Jaffe currently represents me in serious Municipal Court matter.I would say that that it is unlikely that you ever find another attorney as good as  Mark  is since he is an intelligent and compassionate lawyer - who goes above and beyond to help me understand my case etc. . After being hit with ...one of the biggest regrets of my life I had spent weeks being stressed out and was constantly worrying about how I could more forward from that moment. I did not know what to do. In addition he is very accessible  and you can actually connect with him very easily through email the office in Princeton  and even his cell phones( he gave me both #s)! This man has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer and has represented thousands of people and I just feel I had to post this review to say I am one of the many believers in  his good work. I am just lucky to have met him. Overall the true unique quality that you will find in Mark- that  makes him the best lawyer you could ever wish for - is that he can think outside of the box. Dear Mark, Let me first start by saying thank you for representing me today. When I first received the summons to appear in court I was so depressed and scared and willing to accept a guilty plea. However, when I received your letter amongst 6 other ones yours stood out because it was personalize...d. That alone told me that you wanted to help me not like the other computer generated letters from other firms. Your eagerness to help and dedication to your profession is impressive. I hate to say I sat on those letters until 4 days before the court date but again that was the state of mind I was in. When I called you on Monday 8/5 and you said you had court at 11am I just assumed you were not available but then you surprised me and said I will be there for you. Then another surprise was when I emailed you at 11:45 on Tuesday 8/6 and asked to meet and you said come in at 1pm which was right before another court appearance you had. All this and you arrived at my court appearance before anyone else to give me the best representation I could have asked for. I said you had to perform a miracle and I believe you have. The outcome was nothing I thought it was going to be. I assumed I would have paid an arm and leg in fines but with your assistance I walked out with minimum fines and charges dismissed. It was obvious that the persecutor and the judge had the utmost respect for you and I am sure that is why they heard my case first.
