Mark H. Jaffe

Mark has worked with my wife and I on several occasions. Willing to sit down and explain nuances of local legal system. Met with us when convenient. Made clear what was his and our responsibilities. Clearly was known in local courts based on response he received when in court. When we had some c...oncerns/misgivings he provided measured guidance. Also, when my wife was sick, Mark accommodated us. Could not be more pleased. Mark is energetic and knowledgeable and it is clear why he is highly sought after in the Princeton Metro area.

Mark went above and beyond my expectations by keeping me informed every step of the way, by always making himself available and by obtaining a fantastic result for me in my case. I come from a family of lawyers so I have a good idea what to expect but this was truly special. When selecting an attorney, there are certain qualities to look out for. Qualities such as intellect, amiability and charisma are critical for the successful litigator, and as such their presence of lack thereof should be considered when choosing representation . Mark H. Jaffe, Attorney at Law---An exceptionally fine defense attorney On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to express our gratitude and admiration for Mark Jaffe. My wife, distracted by reports of Hurricane Sandy bearing down on us and in view of Governor Christie’s declaration that d...ay of a state of emergency in our state inadvertently violated an unpublicized and virtually unknown traffic law. She was given multiple citations and treated by the policeman in what we considered a disrespectful and totally inappropriate way. Having no experience with the court system and at a loss as to what to do we retained Mark Jaffe. With very little notice and the hearing scheduled for the very next day he met with us, comforted us greatly, explained our situation clearly to us in terms we could understand and outlined his strategy for our defense. At the hearing the next day this matter, which could have gotten a lot more serious, was resolved with only a very small penalty for us---an accomplishment that would have certainly been impossible were we to represent ourselves. Looking back on our highly productive association with Mark Jaffe we can say with no reservations that he is a very fine defense lawyer with a great depth of experience on both prosecution and defense sides of the law, solid connections with relevant law enforcement personnel and an understanding of how to empower potential defendants to feel not intimidated but proud of their rights as Americans. I was very pleased with the way he worked on my cases. He has been my go-to lawyer for about 5 years. The man works round the clock. He is always available (even at odd hours of the morning). He is always reachable by cell phone and if he is in court, there's always someone in his office that wil...l help. He's in his office until 1am. My last case with him was dismissed which is the best I could have hoped for. Now he is helping me with some issues I'm having in another state and he's doing so as a friend. Mark is a very personable guy. He often invites his clients out for dinner. He also gave me great advice about legal issues that don't pertain to my case. He knows a ton of information about law and life as a whole. He knows what he's talking about and he knows the legal system very well. He's a great guy to know.
