Of the few interactions I've had with lawyers in the past, I am very glad I chose Mark Jaffe to represent me. His work is personal and provides a balance between his clients that is fair to all parties and provides the greatest effectivity for any case. Mr Jaffe represented my wife in a recent car accident ( no victims, except hardware) . She is elderly and she was much concerned about the consequences, particularly since she had a similar accident a few years before. He had also reprented her in that case. Mr Jaffe showed great tact and intelli...gence in his dealings with us. In addition to meeting us in person, he responded to our phone and e-mail inquiries almost immediately, no matter what the time of day. He allayed my wife's anxieties , and finally resolved the case in a way that was most satisfactory.

Mark explained from the get-go that his clients are like family, and it's true; the man is literally available at any hour, day or night, and he takes a vested personal interest in each case. I honestly do not know how the man does it, especially without coffee. He kept me informed of everything ...that was going on from start to finish (the matter involved was a speeding ticket in Princeton, NJ), and kept me appraised of the options available to me.
