Mark H. Jaffe

I am 20 years old and I had a .05 BAC reading. I was charged with a regular DWI, underage DWI, and Reckless Driving. Mr Jaffe represented my wife in a recent car accident ( no victims, except hardware) . She is elderly and she was much concerned about the consequences, particularly since she had a similar accident a few years before. He had also reprented her in that case.
