Traveling to work one morning, I rear-ended the car in front of me. Luckily, it was a minor accident, but I received a summons, anyway. Taking care of an elderly parent out of state, and job stress...the accident was the last thing I needed to have happened. In the mail, I soon received lots of ads f...rom lawyers offering to help. I used Mark Jaffe twice for traffic-related offenses-one was an accident that I was not at fault for and another was for a speeding ticket. Both times his vast knowledge of the NJ courts and his good relations with those who work in the court served me well and I was able to have a ticket dismissed a...s well as the other one changed to a non-point accumulating ticket.
