I would highly recommend Mark Jaffe. I used him within the last 2 months. Mark handled my ticket I received in a traffic incident. Myself and my family are grateful for his personalized and dedicated service. When my husband first spoke with Mark prior to retaining him over the phone, he was impr...essed with the length of time Mark spent to hear my case and explain the procedures. We met him the following day and found home to be very experienced, knowledgable and honest person with a genuine desire to help people. After hearing my case, Mark did not make any unrealistic promises that he couldn't deliver, advised us on the next steps and explained his strategy to get the best possible outcome. Mark always kept me in the loop and was available 24/7 to answer any questions by email or phone. I had the pleasure of having Mark Jaffe as my lawyer. I have known him for over a year now and he has always gotten me successful outcomes! I had recently been charged with 5 charges related to drugs, and through vigorous work, time and effort, Mark dismissed all my charges except one, which he got l...owered and deferred for a year. When I first came across Mark Jaffe he struck me as a brilliant, smart and able young man. He is very organized, very freindly and very charming and sensitive with regard to how he treats his Clients. He does not lie. He is not a pokerface. Mark H. Jaffe, Attorney at Law---An exceptionally fine defense attorney On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to express our gratitude and admiration for Mark Jaffe. My wife, distracted by reports of Hurricane Sandy bearing down on us and in view of Governor Christie’s declaration that d...ay of a state of emergency in our state inadvertently violated an unpublicized and virtually unknown traffic law. She was given multiple citations and treated by the policeman in what we considered a disrespectful and totally inappropriate way. Having no experience with the court system and at a loss as to what to do we retained Mark Jaffe. With very little notice and the hearing scheduled for the very next day he met with us, comforted us greatly, explained our situation clearly to us in terms we could understand and outlined his strategy for our defense. At the hearing the next day this matter, which could have gotten a lot more serious, was resolved with only a very small penalty for us---an accomplishment that would have certainly been impossible were we to represent ourselves.
