Mark H. Jaffe

I am writing this testimonial for Mark H. Jaffe, because I know that he is a dynamic and superb lawyer for myself and many others I have recommended him to. I am a psychotherapist in Princeton who first met Mark several years ago when I had a minor traffic matter that he successfully handled for me ...- locally. He is very passionate and devoted to defense work and ensures that clients are well served by both he and his highly efficient staff. I have known him for over 15 years and he is certainly a very hard working, intelligent, and conscientious professional. He is the kind of attorney that really wants to make his clients feel good about their particular case and seeks successful resolution for each. He is above all empathetic and does not shy away from fighting for the underdog. Mark is also quite savvy in that he has built a solid positive relationship with local Courts and police officials /prosecutors that place him in a good position to help his clients. Mr Mark has helped me tremendously, i had a drug paraphernalia charge on April 30,2013.I had no idea that my roommate had a metal pipe, i was arrested because it was in my car . i am a green card holder and waiting for my oat ceremony, conviction for this charge would have been devastating for me i w...ould have lost my citizenship and possibly deported. i spoke with Mr mark on Friday, 05/10/2013 hired him as my attorney and asked him to get my case resolved as soon as possible . i had spoke with numerous attorneys and they all said they cannot get my case scheduled earlier its not possible but Mr mark was able to get my case dismissed in a week i am very thankful to Mr mark and his team, they worked very hard for me went above and beyond for me . He is very good lawyer he is very passionate about helping others, he is honest , diligent, hardworking competent, courteous, and professional, in a very short time he was able to get outcome which i was dreaming for , i am very happy with his service and will recommend him to everybody .

Mark has worked with my wife and I on several occasions. Willing to sit down and explain nuances of local legal system. Met with us when convenient. Made clear what was his and our responsibilities. Clearly was known in local courts based on response he received when in court. When we had some c...oncerns/misgivings he provided measured guidance. He knows how to be successful in Court and he speaks to me in a way that I feel very comfortable.Not only has he done a great job - for me every time- but he also has provided me with practical advice about my life as well as the law and how to navigate the legal system with success. The post before mine is totally absurd and out of context and whoever wrote it is ignorant, dumb and written by someone who probably has a lot more issues than just legal problems because if he knew Mark well ( as I do ) he would have known that Mark could have won his DWI case- and that this jerk wouldn't have been disappointed He must be an idiot to talk the garbage he expressed and to have gotten another lawyer- that resulted in a conviction for him! Mark has always allowed me to be successful in court for that I am indebted to him and feel it is necessary to share my feelings in this review. I have met with Mark countless times over the last ten plus years and he is a truly excellent lawyer who I always can rely on to deliver great work. He has seen me on weekends as well as after work and he is very skilled attorney who I recommend to all of my friends. He has provided me with both of his cell phones and he always picks up!
