Dear Mark, Let me first start by saying thank you for representing me today. When I first received the summons to appear in court I was so depressed and scared and willing to accept a guilty plea. However, when I received your letter amongst 6 other ones yours stood out because it was personalize...d. That alone told me that you wanted to help me not like the other computer generated letters from other firms. Your eagerness to help and dedication to your profession is impressive. I hate to say I sat on those letters until 4 days before the court date but again that was the state of mind I was in. When I called you on Monday 8/5 and you said you had court at 11am I just assumed you were not available but then you surprised me and said I will be there for you. Mark was a great lawyer for me. He was able to get the criminal charges against me (which were absurd, naturally) dismissed and virtually erased from the public record.
