A man of his word

I had many tickets with some serious consequences and I was really afraid because i was never in a situation like this before but Mr. Mark make me feel really comfortable about my case. He was really prompt and helpful he spoke with a lot of knowledge in the case. He was honest from the very beginnin...g and he kept his word. The results amazes me, no points, kept my license, reduce money to pay. The best thing of all is that he really care. I have to say he will be a great choice, my experience was beyond expectations, he was a man of his word for sure.

Absolutely horrible

Hired Mark Jaffe almost a year ago paid him twice. He never got my discovery and doesn't answer my emails for at least 4-5 months. Case still pending. Kept calling, emailing and no answer.

Knowledgeable and Dependable

I was in a motor vehicle accident on February 9th 2019. i received a violation for careless driving. i retained Mr. Jaffe. He took my case and the charge was reduced to a moving infraction, with no points and a small court fee. I was extremely happy with the outcome.

EXCEPTIONAL ATTORNEY

Mark Jaffe is an AMAZING attorney. Mark was recommended to be by a friend who spoke very highly of him. I met with him and hired him to represent me on a number of motor vehicle violations including a DUI. Mark was accessible throughout the process to talk and support me. He truly cared about me.... I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Mark was able to beat the DUI and have other charges dropped. Mark's fees are reasonable. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the law and is highly respected in the courts. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a successful attorney.

Amazing lawyer!

Mr. Jaffe was and is still one of the best lawyers I've ever used, he is compassionate, very hard working, and HE WINS CASES. My case looked pretty bad on the surface but Mr. Jaffe assured me he would be working with me every step of the way to ensure a great outcome. Had I not hired someone of his e...xperience I do not doubt I would've walked away from court with a ruined record. Jaffe saved it! I absolutely recommend Mr. Jaffe's services to anyone, he is one of the most honest and powerful lawyers I've met and he will not stop until he gets the result he wants for you case, and at every point during my case I felt he was truly on my side and his rates are very reasonable especially considering the results he gets. Thanks Mr. Jaffe!

Suspension issued in NJ, 2022

updated on 08/22/2025

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Mark’s comment:

“A reprimand was issued due to a misunderstanding involving parking tickets on a friend’s vehicle I had temporarily used; although I paid my friend for the fines, procedural issues arose because I was not the registered owner, and the court held me responsible despite my good-faith effort to resolve the matter.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2020

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“The reprimand was based solely on not having a written contract in a pro bono case, as I did not believe a formal agreement was required when offering free legal assistance.”

Censure issued in NJ, 2017

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the State did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“While caring for my dying mother, I submitted a rushed expungement in a difficult case involving a mentally impaired client; although the outcome was successful, a complaint was later filed due to the filing’s quality, which led to a reprimand. I then provided a full refund to the client.”

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“In a rare case, an interpreter—unknown to me at the time—provided false testimony, which contributed to my reprimand and mistrial; I’ve handled over 14,000 cases with integrity and success, and I remain committed to delivering strong, ethical representation.”
