MARK JAFFE IS THE BEST!!

My experience with Mark Jaffe as my attorney has been terrific. His expertise and caring for my needs exceeded my expectations. He can be reached whenever you need him and I cannot overemphasize his excellent communication skills. I got great results and would recommend him unreservedly.

Excellent Outstanding Lawyer

When the cards were stacked against us with a legal problem, we called Lawyer Mark Jaffe first and that brought us fantastic legal representation right away: · His first letter to us explained how the legal system really works, not like on TV, and he was available to us by phone, email, and in p...erson, seven days a week, when we needed him. · He then told us what we needed to do immediately to present an aggressive defense back to a system that we thought was biased in someone else’s favor. · He became the single point of contact for us right away so all people involved in the lawsuit knew they needed to speak to him, so we were not intimidated with legal language and complicated documents. · He was prepared and had a strategy ready to go so our “Day in Court” went as well as it possibly could have. We were saved a blemish on our driving record, DMV Points, and insurance surcharges. · I could see that his legal manner with the Judge and the Prosecutor was respectful but firm in our defense, and it worked just as he said it would. · His up-front “flat fee” was exactly that, no other charges or fees later. · I can not imagine how our case would have turned out if we had not retained Mark Jaffe as our Lawyer and I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any type of legal problem, large or small.

Exceptional Lawyer

Headline: Excelent, inteligent lawyer Mark was a great lawyer for me in my case.I was charged with a felony charge and 2 misdemenors. He is there for his clients 24/7 litteraly he was available to answer all questions regarding the case. He is caring and compassionate. This was a first offense f...or me, i decided to call mark because his experince greatly exceeded any attorney ive researched. he truly cares for his clients and hes not afraid to show it. This was my first offense. When i first went to his office i was scared and confused but right after i left i felt like the world was lifted from my shoulders. He is not only my lawyer but a new friend he has always welcomed me to come in to his office or meet somewhere closer when transportation was an issue. Also he was more than reasonable with the price. Needless to say he got my criminal charge charge and a disorderly persons offense DISMISSED, he even downgraded the remaining disorderly persons offense to a petty disorderly persons offense. That to me is amazing and i know from seeing other lawyer's performance in court room that Mark has the know how

Exceptional Customer Service

I rarely write letters of recommendation for businesses or services I use. Not because my standards are unreachable or that I feel I get great results from most. In the case of Mark H. Jaffe, Attorney at Law, I am compelled to do just that. I engaged Mr. Jaffe for legal assistance with a traffic v...iolation in which I felt was excessive relative to the actual event. From the onset, Mr. Jaffe made himself immediately available (I believe it was on a Saturday afternoon). Over the ensuing few days, Mr. Jaffe not only made the arrangements for my case but spent a considerable amount of time reviewing my options and educating me on aspects of the laws applicable in my case. My “day in court” went without a hitch and Mr. Jaffe delivered on what he promised including a reasonable cost. I was extremely satisfied with his expertise, the respect he carried with the local officials and the efficiency with which he resolved the issues. I was a satisfied customer but it doesn’t end there. A few months later, I needed to confirm the outcome of my case and ask several questions regarding the final decision for other purposes. Mr. Jaffe responded immediately, spent time on the telephone with me and resolved all questions and issues I had. This is Customer Service! I am appreciative to Mr. Jaffe for his dedication and expert counsel. While I hope never to need his services again, I am comfortable in knowing that someone of his high level of service and reliability is there to call on, literally at any time.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2022.

Suspension issued in NJ, 2022

updated on 08/22/2025

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Mark’s comment:

“A reprimand was issued due to a misunderstanding involving parking tickets on a friend’s vehicle I had temporarily used; although I paid my friend for the fines, procedural issues arose because I was not the registered owner, and the court held me responsible despite my good-faith effort to resolve the matter.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2020

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“The reprimand was based solely on not having a written contract in a pro bono case, as I did not believe a formal agreement was required when offering free legal assistance.”

Censure issued in NJ, 2017

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the State did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“While caring for my dying mother, I submitted a rushed expungement in a difficult case involving a mentally impaired client; although the outcome was successful, a complaint was later filed due to the filing’s quality, which led to a reprimand. I then provided a full refund to the client.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2012

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“In a rare case, an interpreter—unknown to me at the time—provided false testimony, which contributed to my reprimand and mistrial; I’ve handled over 14,000 cases with integrity and success, and I remain committed to delivering strong, ethical representation.”
