Mark Jaffe got my case dismissed in just one court appearance!!!

Mark treats his clients like family members, he is there to help 24x7! You can reach him by email or cell phone almost all the time. He is knowledgable and compassionate, he has good relationship with the judge and prosecutor in the Princeton area, he got my case dismissed in just one court appearanc...e! While we were in the court room, he was the only lawyer who represents 6 clients in the same court session, other lawyers have at most 2 clients. That's shows how popular Mark is!

Excellentob

Mark did an excellent job with my case. I was convicted of a small misdemeanor under unfortunate circumstances, and Mark helped me through the case all the way to a dsimissal (and expungement). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a devoted, caring lawyer.

He listens to what you're saying, and he knows what to do

No matter what your legal issue, in the end, as a client, you want a fair and just resolution. It all begins with your lawyer--the one who will represent you before the judge. Mark has an amazing talent to hear your story and get it, right away. You do not have to tell your story 3 or 4 times. He und...erstands immediately. He does not get confused, he does not forget details, he knows your story, he remembers your story; he is simply a great listener and has a great memory. And he will be sympathetic--you know immediately that he is on your side and that he is going to represent you and your interests in the best way, and he will be a strong advocate for you. Once you tell him your story, he will figure out a strategy for that story to get heard in court, so that your issues may be dealt with fairly. He thinks about issues from many different angles, and tries to figure out the strategy that will work best in your circumstances, with your judge, with your case details, on this day and month, with these extenuating circumstances, etc. I was simply so impressed with the wealth of background knowledge that he brings to cases--issues, personalities (judge, DA, court clerks), everything. Kind of amazing to watch this guy in action. He does it effortlessly. I cannot imagine a person I'd rather have in my corner in court.

Reliable and Dependable Attorney

Mark Jeffy is an honest and reliable attorney. He took all my calls and responded with clear answers. He handled everything very professionally. I recommend his services to anyone else searching for a trustworthy and committed defense lawyer.

Mark Jaffe is a great friend in need!

I had a great experience with Mark H. Jaffe! And I wish to share this with everyone. He delivered what he promised. I have a clean driving record and was wrongly charged in an accident. Mark got my case dismissed. He paid good attention to all the details of the incident. I remember that for my... initial meeting, I did not have a car, and he came over to my home. Since then, we developed a good working relationship. He always kept me in the loop through phone calls, e-mails and letters. He also gave me his cell number and invited me to call him at any time. He is very dedicated to his work, and is well-known and respected in the court. I highly recommend Mark Jaffe. I hope that I do not need to use his professional services again (but if I do have the misfortune to be involved in an incident, I would have no hesitation in contacting him right away) but I look forward to continue this relationship as a friend.

Suspension issued in NJ, 2022

updated on 08/22/2025

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Mark’s comment:

“A reprimand was issued due to a misunderstanding involving parking tickets on a friend’s vehicle I had temporarily used; although I paid my friend for the fines, procedural issues arose because I was not the registered owner, and the court held me responsible despite my good-faith effort to resolve the matter.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2020

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“The reprimand was based solely on not having a written contract in a pro bono case, as I did not believe a formal agreement was required when offering free legal assistance.”

Censure issued in NJ, 2017

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the State did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“While caring for my dying mother, I submitted a rushed expungement in a difficult case involving a mentally impaired client; although the outcome was successful, a complaint was later filed due to the filing’s quality, which led to a reprimand. I then provided a full refund to the client.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2012

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“In a rare case, an interpreter—unknown to me at the time—provided false testimony, which contributed to my reprimand and mistrial; I’ve handled over 14,000 cases with integrity and success, and I remain committed to delivering strong, ethical representation.”
