mark jaffe is an " excllent lawyer "

Sitting home now, a free man, thanks to Mark Jaffe. I hired him 3 times, twice for myself, once for a motor vehicle matter, once for a criminal, municipal court matter, and once for my fiance, who had a dwi and some other very serious motor vehilce matters. She too, is home and free with me, thanks t...o Mark. Not once did he let me down or not keep his word. He is known by many, respected by all, and truly a man to know and have as a friend. Not only is he an excllent lawyer, he is a true friend, someone that really cares about you as a person, and not just as a client. Mark has become a real friend of mine, I have known Mark since May 2010, and he has " always " been 100% with me, from day 1, 100% " always ". He has never once lied to me, mislead me, or not kept his word with me, and whenever he told me something, it was true, actual fact, the results said it all. The only thing i can say is " the man is remarkable ", and his skills are unquestionable. Actions speak louder then words, and if Mark Jaffe is your lawyer, you will see a man in action, and be very pleased with the results... GO MARK, YOU THE BEST MAN, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... ( on a scale of 1 to 10, i give you a 10 my brother, nothing less, your the best )

Excellent Attorney

Mark immediatley inspired confidence relative to my daughter's case. We approved of his work 100%. Mark is a wonderful lawyer who achieved the best possible results, a dismissal of all charges. Everthing Mark told us came true. He kept is word and fought for our daughter. Mark is an effective advocat...e and someone you will want leading your cause should the situation arise. Mark was available 24/7 including providing us with his cell phone. Mark provided excellent legal representation and I would certainly recommend Mark to anyone in search of fair and effective council.

Mark H. Jaffe is a very empathetic attorney

I recently retained Mark H. Jaffe and his staff in a matter regarding traffic court. From the first day we met, I felt that he dedicated himself to making me feel like I am his most important client. He is intelligent, articulate (I learned he is a former journalist/writer for publications like... the NY Times & the Harvard University Press -- he knows how to communicate very effectively), and he is extremely generous with his time. He prepared my case for trial in a most professional manner and subsequently resolved the case successfully on my behalf. He tenaciously held to his belief in my innocence and kept in touch with me by phone, email and letters, always encouraging me to believe that together we would prevail in this matter. I am impressed that he maintains a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week practice. Although he has a very busy office, I've never had to leave voice mail. He treated me as he would any friend, and has always made me feel comfortable and confident speaking with him. I appreciate the passion he has for the law. I can’t imagine how difficult his job must be, though it’s clear he loves his work! The bottom line is I really like Mark and I want to give him my highest recommendation. Contact him if you ever need a top-notch criminal defense attorney.

Excellent attorney

Mark achieved great results in a professional and efficient manner. He is very easy to contact since he is available at all hours. He responds to texts, emails, and calls very fast, even at nighttime and on weekends. Mark kept me informed every step of the way and everything proceeded as he describe...d it would. He has a lot of connections; he knows Middlesex and Mercer police and judges. He used his connections to get the best result possible. I have already recommended him to friends.

A Lawyer that Delivers

Mark helped me open up a case for a traffic violation I already pleaded guilty to, by accident. He re-opened the case and got my 4 points down to 0. He is affordable and is very reliable. He is also very educated with a pHD in History and Doctorate in Law. The best thing about him is that he is avail...able 24x7. I never took advantage of his availability when I hired him but I would highly recommend so to anyone else. He has connections within the Justice Department and will get your case resolved whether it is for a simple traffic violation or a criminal charge.

Suspension issued in NJ, 2022

updated on 08/22/2025

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Mark’s comment:

“A reprimand was issued due to a misunderstanding involving parking tickets on a friend’s vehicle I had temporarily used; although I paid my friend for the fines, procedural issues arose because I was not the registered owner, and the court held me responsible despite my good-faith effort to resolve the matter.”

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2020

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“The reprimand was based solely on not having a written contract in a pro bono case, as I did not believe a formal agreement was required when offering free legal assistance.”

Censure issued in NJ, 2017

updated on 08/22/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the State did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“While caring for my dying mother, I submitted a rushed expungement in a difficult case involving a mentally impaired client; although the outcome was successful, a complaint was later filed due to the filing’s quality, which led to a reprimand. I then provided a full refund to the client.”

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Mark’s comment:

“In a rare case, an interpreter—unknown to me at the time—provided false testimony, which contributed to my reprimand and mistrial; I’ve handled over 14,000 cases with integrity and success, and I remain committed to delivering strong, ethical representation.”
