Mark H. Jaffe

I first hired Mark back in May when I was arrested and charged with shoplifting. I was just going to take the PTI they were offering me and be done with it, but then I got an advertisement in the mail from Mark. It really stuck out because it had REAL signature. Not just a printout that the entir...e state gets anytime someone gets a ticket and such. From the beginning Mark has been tremendous! He is in constant contact with me, either phone, email, or text. He really is available 24/7 like he says! I have need been in trouble with the law and upon meeting him I had an automatic sigh of relief knowing things were going to be ok with him! My case was dropped from Criminal Court to Municipal Court without me even stepping foot in a court room! This proves the brilliance of this man and the respect that he has from the judicial system. This man is going to save my life! Not only is my attorney, he's my friend. He really does care!

Mark Jaffe currently represents me in serious Municipal Court matter.I would say that that it is unlikely that you ever find another attorney as good as  Mark  is since he is an intelligent and compassionate lawyer - who goes above and beyond to help me understand my case etc. . After being hit with ...one of the biggest regrets of my life I had spent weeks being stressed out and was constantly worrying about how I could more forward from that moment. I did not know what to do. But from the moment I met Mark - this feeling all but disappeared- in seconds as he made me feel confident in him and his team.  He never made it seem like he was just an impersonal attorney that is only going to represent me in Court but he made it clear that he was here as a great friend who is also  my lawyer - who will have  my back no matter what. This I have been personal witness to ( as other clients were with me at court  last night  and we spoke) Since Mark started working on my case there hasn't been a  weekend where he has not reached out to me via phone and email /letter to make sure I was comfortable with things and to make sure I was fine with everything..( I have lots of emails to prove it). In addition he is very accessible  and you can actually connect with him very easily through email the office in Princeton  and even his cell phones( he gave me both #s)! This man has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer and has represented thousands of people and I just feel I had to post this review to say I am one of the many believers in  his good work. I am just lucky to have met him. Overall the true unique quality that you will find in Mark- that  makes him the best lawyer you could ever wish for - is that he can think outside of the box. He is tenacious and bright. I am very happy with him and I strongly recommend him to all of my friends as a great lawyer. I don't go to court often - thank goodness- but when I ever do I will make sure it is with Mark Jaffe 

I am writing this testimonial for Mark H. Jaffe cause he deserve it. I contact Mark when my husband had an accident in nj and the officer gave him a ticket for careless driving, my husband has NC DL, i was so worry but Mark was there to calm me down and assuring me that he will solve the ticket with ...no point on my husband's licence so he did what he promised to do and even more, Mark was always in contact with me in daily basis, responding to my emails. There is a time i felt that Mark was not just my lawyer but he was a real friend who cares about his clients. I really wish i have another Mark in my home state NC . Mark H. Jaffe- is an excellent lawyer. I first met Mark after graduation from high school 15 years ago and he did a great job of representing me! Being from Princeton I knew him to be one of the most hard working dedicated persons that I have ever met. I have recommended him to my brother and countle...ss friends. They are have voiced approval of the results and work he did. Mark is a very loyal person to those he is entrusted to help and a lawyer who works tirelessly to help people who need a advocate who cares and who is expert at knowing how to be successful in Court. Recently - my son was falsely accused and I sought out Mark again to help defend my son. I was very troubled by this accusation and I knew my son was telling the truth. Mark was a sold rock of strength as he stood his ground and refused to let the state railroad my son. The charge was very serous and after months of contesting the charges - the Prosecutor gave in and the original charge was dismissed. The final outcome was acceptable and reasonable to both me and my son - who was very comfortable with Mark's careful , compassionate and considerate manner. He is a superb lawyer and a lawyer who i admire. He is usually at his office almost every day of the week and he provided me with a lot of access to him. He was generous with the time he spent on my son's case just as he had for me 15 years ago. Mark is a good soul who I have seen him with good people and who has had to deal with a lot of bad folks. Mark does not judge but tries his best to befriend his clients= both those worthy of his attention and care and perhaps those who are not. He also deals with a lot of dWI clients such as the one below who I know plead guilty to DWI and who who I know ( I have seen him ) was unemployed and wanted a position at his law office(!) So he is bitter and wants to blame others for his bad behavior that he later admitted to () ...and that is evident. I - As a friend ( who knows him very well, client, and someone who endorses Mark and his work 100% - I needed to voice my praise for Mark - A fine decent and very devoted lawyer. You are making the right choice in choosing him. I have known of his excellent work for over 16 years!
