Mark H. Jaffe

Mark has been not only an advisor to me but also a great friend who has represented me, on several occasions for over a decade! He has been, above all an excellent lawyer to me and far superior to any other lawyer I have ever seen in the past! As a former Assistant County Prosecutor and Princeton Uni...versity. Newark etc. Prosecutor he has tons of experience. I live in North Jersey and I have to travel a bit to see him in Princeton but it is always well worth it . Mark has helped me tremendously in both the criminal matters I have had as well as the motor vehicle cases I have come to him with. He is very intelligent and really makes you feel good in Court when he is with you and you feel empowered by his sharp mind and the way he expresses himself to the court. You know that he is really going to deliver the best he can and he has for me time and time again. He doesn''t just answer the phone and give you a short answer. Rather he carefully explains things about the law and the legal system so that I understand things and he instills confidence. He cares about me and anyone who meets with Mark can clearly see that. Above all- he now only knows the law well but he knows who I am and what I want and he takes the time to do that. That impresses me . He knows how to be successful in Court and he speaks to me in a way that I feel very comfortable.Not only has he done a great job - for me every time- but he also has provided me with practical advice about my life as well as the law and how to navigate the legal system with success. The post before mine is totally absurd and out of context and whoever wrote it is ignorant, dumb and written by someone who probably has a lot more issues than just legal problems because if he knew Mark well ( as I do ) he would have known that Mark could have won his DWI case- and that this jerk wouldn't have been disappointed He must be an idiot to talk the garbage he expressed and to have gotten another lawyer- that resulted in a conviction for him! Mark has always allowed me to be successful in court for that I am indebted to him and feel it is necessary to share my feelings in this review. I have met with Mark countless times over the last ten plus years and he is a truly excellent lawyer who I always can rely on to deliver great work. He has seen me on weekends as well as after work and he is very skilled attorney who I recommend to all of my friends. He has provided me with both of his cell phones and he always picks up! He is my lawyer for life and a terrific and reliable friend. This guy is at the top of his game and you can't pick a better lawyer to help you , in my opinion! I have had an attorney-client relationship with Mark Jaffe for almost a year. Not only is he a diligent, hardworking lawyer, but Mark cares about the people he is responsible for. I recently had a matter in the local municipal court and as I live out of the state, I began a search for an attorney. I researched attorneys in the area to represent me in court as I would be unable to attend the hearing due to logistics. I found Mark Jaffe a defense attorney with over 25 years’ e...xperience (former prosecutor) and skill set to represent me. I called Mark, and within a few minutes he was on the phone with me. I instantly knew that I wanted him to represent me in this matter. I explained the situation and Mark was quick to inform me that he would be happy to represent me. He instilled a sense of confidence in me; he was intelligent, genuine, and honest. He was confident that he would resolve this situation in a favorable manner for me. He told me his no hassle fee for his legal representation and reassured me he could have the summons reduced to a lesser violation with no points. He gave me the exact cost of the lesser violation and what the court cost would be in this situation. He explained what he would need from me to have him represent me. He immediately sent out an affidavit and asked that I return it faxed to his attention along with a note stating why I couldn’t attend court in person (a protocol of the court). He told me to relax; he would handle everything and stay in communication with me. He stressed the value of customer service and explained who his legal staff was, when best to reach him or his staff and gave me the office telephone number, fax number and even his cell number. He stressed the point that I had accessibility to him and/or his staff at any time and not to hesitate to call with any questions. He was right. I had the pleasure of having Mark Jaffe as my lawyer. I have known him for over a year now and he has always gotten me successful outcomes! I had recently been charged with 5 charges related to drugs, and through vigorous work, time and effort, Mark dismissed all my charges except one, which he got l...owered and deferred for a year.
