I have over 30 years experience working as an accountant and attorney. I am the the Partiner-In-Charge of the National Tax Controversy practice of the Top-100 Accounting Firm of Prager Metis Certified Public Accountants and owner of a law firm whose employees are dedicated primarily to tax controversy representation, tax planning and tax preparation. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our clients with respect to IRS and State tax controversy matters.
