Stephen F. Funk

I wholeheartedly endorse Stephen Funk as a great attorney. I met Stephen Funk in November 2005 when I was indicted by The State of New Jersey's Attorney Generals Office on 11 counts of Voter Fraud. Ed Jacobs is a legendary defense attorney and Stephen worked a lot of major cases with Ed Jacobs. My moment came two days before trial when I realized that I was ready to go to war against the State of New Jersey with Stephen Funk leading the charge. I took my wife and kids to see Sesame Street Live, realizing that I started trial on Monday, there was a real chance that if things didn't go well, that was my last Sesame Street Live for a while. I came and met with Stephen later that day and explained to him that I want to be able to attend more events, he then proceeded to take the words out of my mouth and say, "My goal is to make sure that you continue to go to Sesame Street Live with your family", it hurts my heart to see an innocent person go through this, but Im ready to go Marty, Im prepared and I feel great about our defense. That is all it took to convince me. In March of 2011 myself and 6 Co-Defendants were found NOT GUILTY of all Charges and Stephen Funk played the role of Lead Attorney for the defense. Stephen displayed such a calm, cool and great presence that was felt by the entire courtroom. During the trial I would get text messages at 3 am, with him outlining our plan for the next day. His wife said the trial took over their household with documents spread all over the floor of their house like wrapping paper on Christmas. I feel great about Stephen Funk, I owe him my life.
