Biography
I am a partner in the law firm of Cooper Levenson and Chair its Health Law Practice Group. I also serve as a member of the Tax Department and Cannabis Practice Group. In addition to Health Care, I represent a variety of businesses in corporate, governance and transactional matters. I also provide estate planning services for my clients. I have served three different stints as "in-house" general counsel for several New Jersey hospitals. I represent Medical Staffs and Hospitals in a variety of issues including governance, managed care contracting, health IT, physician relationships/medical staff matters, general corporate and transactional matters. My health care practice complements my business law practice. My business practice includes entity formation, various transactions, nonprofit matters, and entity dissolution. I am responsive and practical and work tirelessly for my clients.
