Robert Wolf has focused on one of our country’s most important ideas – that everyone is entitled to a defense against the state – since his years as a law student at Rutgers. There, he interned with the local prosecutor’s office. However, upon graduation, he would turn to criminal defense. He went to work for the Public Defender’s Office in 2003. In an interesting hybrid of his interests, Mr. Wolf acted as the lead defense counsel for the Fraternal Order of Police for two years before returning to the Public Defender’s Office.
Since 2011, Westmont defense attorney Robert Wolf has been in private practice. Over his career, he has tried thousands of cases where he won reduced sentences for his clients. He made a successful appearance before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. In addition to his proven results in the courtroom, he has proven a legal intellectual, having published several articles contemplating New Jersey criminal law. He has been awarded with recognition by South Jersey magazine five times during his career.

I would give Mr. Wolf 20/10. I have been involved in a case of shoplifting. If I were to be convicted, I would loose my professional license and get deported as I'm not a US citizen.
