Hard Working ,Professional, Reliable, Knowelagble and thorough

I highly recommend Allison Lamson if you're in need of a great divorce attorney. I have worked with many attorneys (unfortunately) in my long drawn out divorce and post-divorce litigation. By far, Allison was the hardest working, most efficient and showed the most interest in my case. That may sound ...somewhat simple but when you're going through the HELL that divorce is, you certainly want to know your lawyer, not only has your back but shows a vested interest and Allison was that person. No matter how small or trivial my perceived issues were, Allison would take the time to explain any questions I may have had. She would also explain, in reality, how things would likely unfold, good, bad or indifferent. Again, that may seem fairly simple but when you're in the middle of it and questions are racing through your head or you're hit with legal mumble jumble, Allison would break it down and clarify any and all of it to terms that I could understand. She would put it into perspective and made sure by the end of any conversation, I had peace of mind. I can tell you that made her stand out versus some other attorneys I used in the process. Reliable is another word that comes to the front of my mind when describing my experience with Allison. If I had an issue that I thought was time sensitive (looking back it probably wasn't), if I couldn't get her live on the phone, she would respond via email and set up a time that she would call me back. Which she kept to. I can't tell you the amount of times another lawyer I used was "unreachable." Hindsight is 20/20 and I know at times the issues that seem so pressing to me in reality were not, but Allison would always address every question I had and in a timely fashion. That's rare in my experience. I could go on and on but simply put, I highly recommend Ms Lamson and I can attest that you'll get a great, attentive, hardworking, practical and knowledgeable attorney who will certainly have your best interests as a priority. Again, in my experience with other family law attorneys, I felt they had billable hours first, client's interest 2nd and I NEVER felt that way with Allison…

Complex Divorce Made Easy

I interviewed several attorneys for my complex divorce before selecting Ally. I was dealing with a divorce that had a contested separation agreement and a TEVIS claim and there were issues of domestic violence, restraining orders and custody to contend with. It all felt very overwhelming to me and ...the lawyers I met before Ally all seemed to want to augment the aggression when all I really wanted was to be able to move on. Ally gave me calm, supportive and intelligent advice. She listened to what was important to me and she protected me in each step of the process. She is organized and methodical and incredibly intelligent - and she helped me to not respond emotionally to the process. She was also able to consistently balance the procedural requirements of the divorce with what was happening in the other legal issues and orders. I also noticed in the process that judges and opposing counsel respected her. She has an easy smile and a kind disposition, but she is prepared and formidable and if you have not gone through a divorce before, the ability of your lawyer to earn the respect of her colleagues is really important - and Ally does that with ease. And importantly, in the end, I was divorced - all the things that were important to me were preserved and my dignity remained in tact. Ally's guidance helped me make good financial decisions and her strong understanding of the law allowed her to produce convincing and legally-substantiated arguments that allowed for a quick and relatively painless divorce. I highly recommend her!

Outstanding professionalism, highly recommended

It's been my great pleasure to be represented by Allison Heaney Lamson in my rather unpleasant divorce proceedings this past year. I cannot stress enough how very much I am satisfied with Ally's legal services, her outstanding professionalism, vast knowledge of the court system, outspoken expertise ...and her trustworthiness. She is a great listener and I highly valued her expert advise. She is very dedicated and always available to work with me on every aspect in my case. She took her time reviewing various documents and was always in contact with me for my final approval. She was very supportive of my decisions, very confident and a firm believer in my case. I was always treated by her with great respect and honesty. Ally is a very pleasant person to work with, always comes up with proper resolutions to complicated issues. During my court appearances, she would always express her positive and confident support and her faith in a favorable resolution of my pending issues. I could not have asked for a better legal representation during my divorce than Allison. I will always speak highly of her professionalism and will always recommend her services.

"I fully endorse this lawyer. Ally is extremely bright and able to manage cases with a lot of moving parts. She is not only knowledgeable on the law, which is always important, but she has the equally important skill of understanding how the facts and the law translate into the best outcome for a client's day-to-day life. She is aggressive when needed, but also reasonable and creative, two critical, but often undervalued attributes. I would recommend Ally without reservation."
