Untrustworthy

This lawyer advised me to plead guilty to a misdemeanor which he said is minor and would not effect me much. It came back as a felony and then he proceeded to lie about it. Stated it was a clerical error. However he had already in writing stated that it was a misdemeanor. His senior partner admitted ...on the tel. it was a mistake. The NJ courts has for now, almost three years later not upheld my appeal. EVEN though it was in writing! Diff rules for lawyers. He then proceeded to give confidential information to the prosecutors, even though he had no need to. He is a liar and simply should not be trusted. Be very careful, he is very slick.
