I just used Vigilante Law Firm again last week for a real estate transaction. As a Realtor, I have used his firm and/or recommended this firm to my clients several times in the past 3 years. Usually my real estate transactions are minor issues- not very exciting and we are talking modest fees, not large payouts- yet I am always treated as if my business is the just as important as anyone else. I first went in for a consultation with Ms. Vigilante and asked her to review the facts and let me know if she thought I even had a valid case. I was willing to pay for the time, but did not want to pursue a lawsuit if she thought it would be a futile effort. Jacci reviewed all the information I init...ially provided and we determined I had a case, a case worth fighting for and close to my heart. She helped me do all the paperwork filing and kept me informed of everything that was going on. She prepared me for what could take 3 or more years and what that would entail. She never sugar-coated anything. She was honest and presented the facts. She also told me to listen to what she said and if I followed her direction, we would be better prepared. Any questions I had, she answered immediately. If she was unavailable, she returned my phone calls within the day. I always felt like I was a priority. I followed everything Ms. Vigilante told me. I also told her that if I was offered a settlement that she thought was acceptable, to tell me to take it. I had faith in everything she told me. She had great knowledge of the case law and how it pertained to my case. All in all I had a great experience.
