After several failed attempts to find a lawyer to represent me (a 60 years old <at the time> wheelchair bound city planner) in a wrongful termination by my municipal employer, I found Jacci Vigilante and her excellent supporting legal team -- who was willing to take on this David vs Goliath challenge.... I first went in for a consultation with Ms. Vigilante and asked her to review the facts and let me know if she thought I even had a valid case. I was willing to pay for the time, but did not want to pursue a lawsuit if she thought it would be a futile effort.
