I have been a practicing attorney since 1988 in both NJ and PA. In the true tradition of the Philadelphia lawyer, I began practicing in the City of Brotherly Love and learned how to aggressively and tenaciously represent my clients by litigating with and against some of the city's top lawyers. After moving to the suburbs here in NJ in 2000, I opened my second office here in beautiful, rural Mullica Hill. Our NJ office is now our main hub. I still practice in the city I grew up in.
In addition to my professional life, I am a mother of three sons and a wife. I have experienced first hand workplace discrimination and civil rights violations and I believe that helps me to better understand my clients' needs and circumstances and to work harder for them.
My practice has grown exponentially over the years, and I now employ three other attorneys. We pride ourselves on our attention to our clients and to the details of each and every case. In the law, I have found, that the devil is always in the details.

My Best Advocate

Great Attorney
Jacqueline was very informative, and kept me up to date as her client. She's very knowledgeable about facts regarding cases. I would recommend her to anyone.
"I have known Ms. Vigilante for more years than either of us wants to admit. She is a bright, tenacious advocate for her clients and I endorse her without reservation."
