I received 4 tickets which included a DUI. He was able to get 3 of them dropped and only a reckless driving was convicted. The fine was $226 with no surcharge and only 30 days loss of license. He saved me a minimum of $5000 additional costs for surcharges, fines, and missed days of work for require...d classes. I don't normally drink alcohol, so he saved me from paying dearly for a one time bad judgement call. He has represented my wife and my son on different occasions and lowered their charges and penalties as well. We hope to never have to see his face again as long as we live, but will not hesitate to use his services in the future as long as he is still practicing law. Stitzler represented my father who made an impulsive decision to hire him without consultation with anyone. Stitzler took advantage of my father and resented any contact with those family members who were more knowledgeable of the system. He wasn't responsive throughout proceedings or even after the... clients death when he failed to file paperwork to release a property lien. Do not hire this guy. He's only out to make quick cash - not handle criminal matters professionally.
