Biography
During law school, I became passionate about tax law. Upon graduation, I attended Georgetown University Law School’s and earned a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M. in Taxation). I practiced in the area of estate planning and also worked in the area of insurance defense. After a couple of years of practice, I got to know myself as a lawyer. I enjoyed assisting clients with damage control rather than tax planning. This is what attracted me to tax controversy. Tax controversy combines the advocacy of litigation with the backdrop of tax law.
My practice is compromised exclusively of tax examinations and tax collections. My cases involve the following:

Go to Todd Unger first; don't wait
Before you make a mistake in answering to the IRS as an individual tax payer (not a good decision) or use a preparer as an intermediary (also not the best option), hire Todd Unger. I had less access than Todd as a tax payer and the preparer was not knowledgeable in the back end of the tax regulations...
