My experience
He Offered a free hour consultation. We decided to start a document/agreement late in the afternoon. Said it would take 8-10days to complete and i would hear back when it was done. I asked him the following morning at 8a to halt work until i advised him to continue. Got a bill that month for 3.2 hour...
