I hired Steve reluctantly nothing personal I just don't care for lawyers, I worked for many over the year, I've befriended a few, I was dealing with DCS it was all about a evaluation that they said I never received, witch I did, and apparently they dropped the ball. Now they want a new done and ...gave me a list of places to go, well this was told to me during my first court date prior to retaining Steve, and when the judge explained I would need this done and a few other hoops to jump through and me being calm.... not lost my mind and began yelling, dealing with your kids is very emotional in it all built-up till that point, I was then told by friends and family to get a lawyer mainly they were making me do something that had already taken place, and now they want me to pay for it all, that when I knew I made the right choice because the first thing Steven did was get them to pay for it, but I would need to go to who they use and who gets paid by the stare, so I went to see this doctor and told her everything star to finish, she was actually a pleasant person to talk to we it took a few months for her to finish her report so it seemed actually Steven had her expedite it so we could get back to court and get it over with, we'll DCS made a motion to suppress there own Doctors report, be cause it was as good as it gets , like it had in the past, Steven not only got it to remain but she was the best witness . All this was over 8 or so months and in the end Steven wrapped everything up in a closing argument and blew it away, not to many people can say they came out on top when going against DCS, and the state of New Jersey, but he one my case and are family was not bothered with again, he did yell at me and made me leave the room a few times be cause because it was hard for me to keep my emotions at bay, it wS a horrible situation and he made it go away for me. I highly recommend Steven J Levine.

I had a pretty simple, uncontested divorce and Scott quickly got me through the process. It would have been even quicker if not for the COVID outbreak that shut down the courts for a little while. He was very responsive and always got back to me immediately, if I had to leave him a message. I really ...appreciated that! Even though my divorce was quick and easy, I could tell Scott is very knowledgeable in family law and I will use his services again in the future, if the need arises.

Mr Levine always made himself available and gave great counsel not only during our regular meetings but also in times of tense and anxiety ridden interactions with the other party. His professionalism in the court room was exemplary and never once did he give any false pretense of what the outcome would or could be. He always thought our responses to the other party through and took great care in explaining each and every piece of everything that was occurring and going on. I could not be happier with the outcome achieved through his hard work and determination to take an underdog case and give it his best effort.

Scott has been my family law attorney for 2 going on 3 years now. Scott not only fights hard for his clients but Scott is extremely well versed in the law, well spoken in court and delivers results. Scott is the best attorney around and is great to work with. He has outstanding character which is har...d to find in an attorney and actually cares about his clients. He has great communication with clients and has always been available when i call to consult or need him immediately. Wish I could give more then 5 stars.
