I hired Steve reluctantly nothing personal I just don't care for lawyers, I worked for many over the year, I've befriended a few, I was dealing with DCS it was all about a evaluation that they said I never received, witch I did, and apparently they dropped the ball. Now they want a new done and ...gave me a list of places to go, well this was told to me during my first court date prior to retaining Steve, and when the judge explained I would need this done and a few other hoops to jump through and me being calm.... not lost my mind and began yelling, dealing with your kids is very emotional in it all built-up till that point, I was then told by friends and family to get a lawyer mainly they were making me do something that had already taken place, and now they want me to pay for it all, that when I knew I made the right choice because the first thing Steven did was get them to pay for it, but I would need to go to who they use and who gets paid by the stare, so I went to see this doctor and told her everything star to finish, she was actually a pleasant person to talk to we it took a few months for her to finish her report so it seemed actually Steven had her expedite it so we could get back to court and get it over with, we'll DCS made a motion to suppress there own Doctors report, be cause it was as good as it gets , like it had in the past, Steven not only got it to remain but she was the best witness . All this was over 8 or so months and in the end Steven wrapped everything up in a closing argument and blew it away, not to many people can say they came out on top when going against DCS, and the state of New Jersey, but he one my case and are family was not bothered with again, he did yell at me and made me leave the room a few times be cause because it was hard for me to keep my emotions at bay, it wS a horrible situation and he made it go away for me. I highly recommend Steven J Levine.

Scott is an Amazing attorney. Scott is professional and a BEAST in Court! He’s definitely the attorney you want representing you. Scott always had time to talk with me , and got back to me immediately if I called or emailed him. Scott worked relentlessly on my case and the outcome was in my favor, ...thanks to him! I picked Mr. Levine over the other lawyers because he listened to my full story and even took notes when I was telling it. He gave me honest and constructive advise instead of telling me what I want to hear. Because I had Levine, I had the best possible outcome for my case. He was respectful yet aggr...essive. Mr. Levine picked apart my opponent's statements and proved that all the statements against me were untrue! The case against me was completely dismissed. I was pretty nervous about hiring a lawyer at first, but it was the best move I could've made and I will absolutely hire again if I need to.

I could go on for days about the amount of gratitude I have for Scott Levine. In the most difficult time of my life, Scott took care of me in all aspects.
