This in an honest opinion, based on my personal experience. I was in a very vulnerable position and needed to make the absolute correct choice the first time; so, I did a full research of the options of lawyers in my area. I interviewed several of the big-name lawyers; Except for Mrs. Pearson, ...none of the others fulfilled my expectations. I chose her based on specific qualities, her vast experience, her case-building skills, her communication ability, her composure, her accessibility and affordability. Based on my homework, she had all the qualifications for a good divorce attorney. From the first over the phone conversation and in person consultation I noticed her professionalism and demeanor; she is highly empathetic, intuitive and very human. Prior to the first time in court, the step by step process was explained to me thoroughly and I felt prepared; when in court, I noticed the respect she received from her peers and the Judge, she dominated that court room! It felt empowering!; That day, we left with all our objectives reached, to mention some, my ex-husband was responsible for ALL of my legal expenses and I got to stay in the PRE-MARITAL home. During the divorce I always felt in good hands, not like my husband, that hired a total of 4 different attorneys, none of them as professional as Mrs. Pearson; Now that we are divorced we speak about it, if not for Mrs. Pearson this would have gone for way longer, she was able to lead us to a settlement of various important issues outside of court, thus, made the process less of a hassle. She did not allow me to waist resources or time. Mrs. Pearson is very wise, she was prepared to fight when necessary and to negotiate when necessary all in pro of reaching amiability between my ex-husband and me. Divorce is hard and during the process I made mistakes; She was there to correct my mistakes and lead me to a complete victory! I feel responsible to share my testimony with everyone I meet and is going through the process of divorce. I am one of the lucky ones who after a good amount of research, hired the BEST DIVORCE ATTORNEY!
