If I could give no stars I would. Gary is an incompetent attorney who gave my relative the runaround for 10 years on a case he still hasn’t settled. Every time we ask him what’s going on with the case, he takes weeks to respond (if at all) and says he’s waiting on paperwork that he never communicated.... He has put my relative through so much stress over this case and his lack of attention to it. He took so long on this case that my relative can’t hire another attorney to take the case because they’re passed the time to file. My relative was inured on the job and has been unable to work again, and now has no money to show for it after they were unjustly fired. He didn’t get them a penny. Case is still “tied up” because of his lack of action. STAY AWAY FROM GARY BOGUSKI! THE WORST ATTORNEY EVER!
