DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Do not waste your time with this Attorney. He doesn't even deserve a one star. The couple good reviews he has, must be people he knows. Held on to my case for over a year and then dropped the case. I did all of the work for him. He clearly figured out the money I was owed and told me I have a gre...at case. He makes me an offer from the other attorney and now drops the case. I am guessing he was paid off by the defendant attorney. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Failed to properly advise me on concealment of evidence

I was a victim of a wrongful termination in hudson county new jersey based on the fact that I was harrased and threatened by an employee based on the color of my skin. The harraser lied claiming I threatened him and I was terminated. During the investigation by the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights... I explained that the company most likely forged witness statements and destroyed video evidence which in new jersey is known as Fraudulent concealment however despite this fact Rooks refused to take the case so congrats on your first one star.
