I hired Mr Demarco and regret it and you will too. I have never written a bad review on a person in my life but Thomas DeMarco was so bad I felt compelled to let you guys know so you don’t feel the way I feel right now. Unprofessional, cold, and not good at his profession. It’s to late for me but if ...you care about the outcome of your case and I’m sure you do please find a lawyer that will actually do a good job. I promise you that if you hire him you will regret it. I spoke to two other clients of his the day we went to court because we were in line to pay at the window and they were very disappointed and the one guy I spoke to was almost in tears he was so upset. I had to go to court 10 times missing work and dealing with terrible lawyers Mr Demarco sent with no information on my case and no idea about anything just to collect a few dollars from Mr Demarco and tell the judge to postpone it. So frustrating and in the end I had to plead guilty and pay 1041 dollars. The public defender would have done so much more for me. I paid him 1,000 dollars to basically stand there with me. I know I sound upset but I swear to you that it was the most unprofessional, horrible, thing I have ever seen. I hope I can save someone from wasting there hard earned money on a lawyer that will surly let you down. Good Luck!

I have explained my legal situation several times and he kept sending me where we didnt need to go. Finally after the second time there and many hours I got him to understand what was going on. He never returns my calls. His office staff just says they will give him the message and hopefully he'll ca...ll you back. When I do get a hold of him its after calling and calling for days. Dont waste your money. Whats worse is he charged me $800 up front and when I asked what was going to happen he told me to go to Trenton and fix some things and he'll just show up at court, bs....

I would not recommend this lawyer to no one. I hired Demarco for my nephew's criminal case. My nephew is mentally disabled and I had payed Mr. Demarco $2500 up front with no trial. He started telling what I wanted to hear and his whole life story. When we where going to court, for the case Mr. Demarc...o was nowhere to be found, he had sent one of his workers to deal with my case. The worker got attached to the very delicate case Mr. Demarco could not handle and did not want. When it came down to a plea after 2 years, Mr. Demarco still was nowhere to be found and he wanted to plea for a less charge when my nephew was innocent. I fought and argued with Demarco about me not taking no plea, he is innocent. So no Mr. Demarco does not care about you nor your case, just your money.
