Biography
Thomas DeMarco is a seasoned attorney with a compelling journey that began in New York City, where he was raised in a modest Italian-American family. After completing his education in New York, he ventured to law school in Arkansas, where he distinguished himself by achieving the highest score on the bar examination in June 1980. Upon relocating to New Jersey, Thomas fell in love with South Jersey in 1983 and began his legal career.
With nearly nine years of service at the Public Defender's Office, Thomas founded his criminal defense practice in 1992. He has successfully defended clients in thousands of municipal and criminal cases, showcasing his skills through extensive cross-examinations in high-stakes trials involving serious charges such as kidnappings, robberies, and drug offenses. His expertise has also led to publications in the Camden County Bar Association, where he shares insights on navigating complex legal challenges. Beyond his professional commitments, Thomas and his family actively support their local church, homeless shelters, and animal shelters, while enjoying quality time with their two granddaughters.

Dont waste your time or money
I have explained my legal situation several times and he kept sending me where we didnt need to go. Finally after the second time there and many hours I got him to understand what was going on. Replied last July 11, 2014This was a premature posting. The posting titled "Charges Reduced" is the review after both cases were finished. It states "We had a tricky case made difficult by mvs. We were unable to restore a suspension. Mr.Demarco amazingly got the charges lowered and we were able to avoid possible jail time that could come with the driving while suspended." Overall Rating after the cases were completed was 5 stars = Excellent. Sometimes these case can be a little tricky and the client becomes a little frustrated...which is understandable. Once they realize that I can work the cases out and that all they need to do, is have a little faith in me. They are now happy with my results, and I am happy to serve them.

Don't bother hiring this lawyer,
Got this lawyer to watch for my Rights in a case were my property was damage, ended up having to drop charges against the defendants,and loosing my money, also all his books are out of Date, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
