Biography
Our practice at Wallace Law focuses on representing accident victims, health care providers in personal injury protection (PIP) claims against insurance companies, and persons facing traffic or criminal charges in municipal court (including DUIs). Our staff provides quality legal representation for our clients in the South Jersey area. An eight time recipient of South Jersey Magazine’s Awesome Attorneys award, Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Davidson College. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Wallace has over 30 years of extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts.
