Richard F Klineburger

Since I have known Rich Klineburger, he has acted with the highest degree of integrity and honor, both in and out of the legal arena. These are qualities that are stressed by the Army values in my job and Rich met that standard. His leadership and straight forward honest assessments were always a gre...at help. When I enlisted Rich to help me in various legal matters he has always pointed me in the right direction. In all cases, he acted with the highest level of morals and professionalism. I always felt as if he had my back and was working in my best interest. I would, and have recommended Rich’s legal expertise to numerous other professionals over the last several years. All matters in which he has represented me ended successfully. I attribute those positive outcomes to his clam demeanor, experience, and unwavering integrity when dealing with other lawyers, officials at my workplace, and law enforcement representatives.
