Nace Naumoski

Nace Naumoski, Esq. is counsel with the law firm of Stewart | Smith.  Nace primarily represents clients involved in disputes over insurance coverage, clients who have suffered data breaches, and clients accused of white collar crimes.

Nace has defended clients in both state and federal court under investigation for or accused of a broad array of white collar crimes, including bank fraud, wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, embezzlement, racketeering, healthcare fraud, insurance fraud, counterfeiting, identity theft, smuggling, tax fraud, credit card fraud, check fraud, forgery, theft by deception, obstruction of justice, and computer hacking.  

Nace has also represented clients in high-profile civil and criminal matters that have received local, national, and international media coverage.  Nace’s cases have received attention from publications such as Forbes Magazine, US Weekly, the Washington Post, the Star Ledger, the Bergen Record, the Daily Record, and the Jersey Journal.  Nace has also served as a columnist commenting on various issues involving criminal matters for the Garden State Journal.  Earlier in his career, Nace was an associate with New Jersey’s oldest and largest law firm, McCarter & English, where he defended large corporations in a variety of litigation matters.

Nace earned his law degree from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.  Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school.  Nace earned his undergraduate degreefrom the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in diplomacy and international relations.

 Nace is currently admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Nace has also handled cases in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
