Reputable lawyer

If you want a reputable divorce lawyer, D. Ryan Nussey, is who you should choose! He went above and beyond to make my case very sail- smoothing. From the consultation until the end of my divorce Ryan kept me informed about everything that was going to happen. All of the information that was covered ...through this process was right on. I never worried once about his judgment. Sometimes, divorce is sometimes an unsettling situation but, I promise you, Ryan, will make you feel comfortable. Therefore, if you choose Ryan as your lawyer you will walk out very happy!!

Excellent Attorney

Ryan represented me through my bitter divorce. My ex misused DYFS against me and I went through hell than back. Ryan fought for me and today I have joint Custody and am the Parent of Primary Residence. Ryan is very bright and well schooled in the law. He presents very well and is highly articulate. R...yan is a very fine court room litigator.

Life saver

Ryan did and continues to do a fantastic job handling my case, which has had many ups and downs I retained Ryan after my divorce was final. I thought I was in a no win situation with my ex husband and the tides are turning. We are in the nastiest of custody disputes and because of Ryan's diligence ...and expertise I feel for the first time in years I have a chance to resolve the issues.

A Mother's and Children's Advocate

I met Ryan Nussey at the most trying time in my life. My kids had been taken from me and I had no knowledge of the New Jersey court systems. Thrown into the ring I had no idea whom to turn to and I interviewed with a few attorneys. The other attorneys wanted a certain fee to speak with me or they... wouldn't even entertain my case. The other issue I had after being blindsided into a divorce was trust. Ryan heard everything I had to say. He did not rush me and made me feel at ease with him and right away I knew I could trust this man with the advocacy of my children's rights! I felt helpless when I had entered his office but left with my self esteem back and with a solid plan. At every turn when I thought perhaps we were defeated this man amazed me by anticipating not only my needs and the needs of my children but what our next move would be and how we would be able to get the job done in a timely manner. To say I am impressed with Mr. Nussey would do him an injustice. He is outstanding in his presence, timeliness, keeping me informed and well educated. I wouldn't just recommend that you use Ryan Nussey for your divorce needs or your custody battle, he is the only attorney that I would recommend to anyone in the area. He is the whole package. Finding an attorney with a conscious and ethical manner with an impeccable business manner, how could you loose? I know I will not with Ryan Nussey at bat for me and my children.

My lawyer is truly CAPTIVATING!!!

I was referred to this lawyer by one of my friends lawyers. I really didn't know what to expect. My ex was filing for full custody, to become parent of primary residency, terminate my child support, and seek to collect child support. Even better, he was trying to use our 14 yr old son's diagnosis o...f adhd and autism against me!!! I was nervous and scared! My lawyer captivated and won the judges respect immediately! I was in complete awe watching this man argue my case. The other lawyer looked like a complete unprepared idiot and was even yelled at by the judge! Filing my divorce now! Can't wait for that trial. I feel truly confident to finally move forward because I finally have someone in my corner who understands and knows how to expose my ex for the person he really is! I will reccomend this lawyer to anyone in need of a strong defense! He truly cares about his clients and I am very grateful to have him.
