D. Ryan Nussey

Ryan is a fantastic attorney; smart, responsive, a great advocate for children's wellbeing and knows NJ marital & family law inside out. He took my very complex case and whilst he was confident in a successful outcome from day 1, he managed my expectations, gave me a clear timeline and was realist...ic about what could be achieved. Ryan patiently answered all of my questions, called me weekly to check in and was thoroughly prepared at every juncture. Ryan is extremely confident, especially in the court room and fought for me and my children every step of the way, I had previous negative experience with another firm and Ryan and the team at his office were like a breath of fresh air. I went to Ryan upon referral from a friend that used to practice family law, he told me that Ryan was one of the best around. Ryan just represented me through an extremely difficult year of family law litigation that involved an initial motion, an appellate hearing that resulted in a reverse and rema...nd, along with a trial. Yesterday, we won our trial (on remand). I would hope that any practicing attorney would know the law as well as the procedural aspects of family litigation, it's Ryan's instincts inside and outside the court room that are most impressive. Ryan is ridiculously intelligent, perceptive, and ethical. Watching him during oral argument, cross examination, etc., was watching Ryan in his element. Family court is extremely personal as well as emotionally draining, I really cannot express how thankful I am to have had Ryan referred to me.

This man took an impossible situation and kicked its ass! From the second I met him to the moment he won everything he possibly could for me, I was at peace. His knowledge, professionalism, character, judgement and work ethic are second to none. He not only listened to me, but he "heard" every wor...d I said. His attention to detail is impeccable. He left no stone unturned. I walked away with a clear path and a means to rebuild my and my children's lives. He and this entire firm are the very BEST!!!

If you're going into family court with anyone other than Ryan, God help you! He knows his way around the Family Courts in Camden County. It is obvious that he is well-respected by the judges, court reporters, and mediators. He fought hard but ethically for my daughter. He was able to convince the jud...ge to speak to my child. And, in court, he masterfully handed my ex and his girlfriend just enough rope to hang themselves. I was able to go to court confidently and sit quietly in the courtroom because Ryan does his job and does it well. Thanks to Ryan, my daughter is now more happy, healthy, and well-adjusted and she and I get to live in peace.

I am presently using Ryan Nussey to represent me against my x husband who is a lawyer. The experience has been very upsetting to me EXCEPT for the fact that I have Ryan by my side. He has made himself available to me on weekends and after hours. He cares alot about me, my children and my case. I ...am positive we will have a winning outcome. One of the things I like the best about him is that he doesn't play games and get involved in the drama aspect of the case. :)
