Highly Recommend

I’ve been working with Ryan Nussey and his law firm for more years than I would like (no fault of the attorneys. My son’s father is just that difficult) But thankfully, I chose a great firm to represent me. I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Nussey and some of his associates. Everyone has be...en very knowledgeable of the law and professional. I am very thankful I stuck with them throughout the years. Mr. Nussey tells you like it is and is a very straight shooter. Love that about him. He will only do what is absolutely necessary for your case and does NOT waste your time or money. He represented me very well during my custody trial. I was very happy with the outcome. I will continue working with Mr. Nussey and his firm as other issues arise.

Excellent attorney

Mr. Nussey is an outstanding attorney. He is professional yet compassionate, organized and knowledgeable, pragmatic and straight forward. Mr. Nussey handled several motions for me, centered upon enforcement of my FJD. We were successful in each motion because he is brilliant and is very well respecte...d.

Knowledgeable, Responsive and Caring

Ryan provided me with excellent representation during a high-conflict divorce. His guidance, expertise and advice brought about a successful resolution to my case. I knew I would receive a quick response to any questions or issues which arose. Divorce is a stressful time but I felt reassured knowing ...that Ryan and his staff were looking out for my best interests.

Should have hired Ryan Nussey from DAY 1!!

I cannot say enough about Ryan Nussey and Carolyn! I wish I would have started with Ryan from the beginning! I had consulted (even hired one) 3 other attorneys before meeting Ryan and it took until meeting Ryan and Carolyn for me to finally feel like I FINALLY a had a team behind me! I learned the h...ard way how extremely challenging finding a good attorney can be. From the first consult, he was able to recognize key elements in our case that SHOULD have been addressed by our previous attorney and were not! Ryan and Carolyn communicated with us regularly in regards to ALL aspects of the case. Not just in email, but in phone conversations. There were no surprises, we knew what to expect the entire time . They took their time to go over all aspects of the case to make sure every detail was covered extensively! When it came time for court. . I was literally blown away by how amazing he was (he literally brought a hand truck with files and files of supporting info)! I was a nervous wreck but watching him and how devoted and passionate he was about our case, made me realize we were in really GOOD hands! We are extremely grateful to have him and his team behind us. It NEVER once felt like i was just another client he was representing (as was the case with previous attorney's) . . .The future is always uncertain but what is certain is the breathe of fresh air I am able to take knowing Ryan is on our side (even if anything else arises in the future)! My only regret is not hiring him sooner!

ELITE, TOP TIER, THE ABSOLUTE BEST

I hired Ryan as my attorney in an extremely trying time. My ex-wife decided that she was going to move to another state with my two children and there was nothing that I could do to stop her. Her move was imminent, and we literally had 24 hours to react before she left the state. I met Ryan at 7am ...in the morning after our consultation to review my case (two hours before his practice opens). I sat in the office that morning as Ryan crafted approximately a 50-page document. In that document, he filed a stop order (basically preventing my ex from leaving the state with the children), primary custody, rights to the house that I lost in the divorce, child support and lawyer fees. To make a long story short, I am now the primary custodial parent, I have regained my home that I lost in the divorce and I was awarded child support and lawyer fees. Ryan made a miracle happen when the odds were stacked against me. Ryan is truly dedicated to his job and makes me feel like I am his only client. If you are looking for the best, look no further! Because of Ryan's devotion, my children are now living in a stable environment and my family has never been happier. Ryan goes above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for what he has done for my family. He is truly one of a kind!
