Mr Whelihan helped our family with the transfer of a family business and a NY state sales tax issue.
He clearly explained our responsibilities and laid out our options. He promptly returned phone calls and kept us informed of our ongoing status. We appreciated his attention to detail.
We highly recommend Thomas Whelihan.

Estate planning Attorney | May 15
Relationship: Co-worker
"I endorse this lawyer. Tom is a hard working and dedicated attorney. When we worked together he was primarily practicing litigation. He was always well prepared and his many courtroom victories attest to that. Since he has been focusing a majority of his practice on estate matters I have sent many clients to him, all of whom have been extremely satisfied. However, my greatest endorsement of Tom is that I refer family members and close friends to him and my wife and I have retained him so that our minor children will be provided for in the event of our untimely death."
