Ross Michael Gigliotti

I live in Philly and was visiting my mother in Jersey. I got pulled over in Voorhees for speeding (guilty as charged) and wasn't worried since I had ONE drink. Well Voorhees cops must be bored because he had me get out and walk the line and count backwards- the whole song and dance. At the station I ...blew WELL BELOW the per se threshold of .08 but the cop charged me with DWI anyway saying I failed the field sobriety test. After 1 drink, really? Ten years in the military if nothing else taught me to hold my drink, so I knew that was BS. When I realized he was actually serious, I got nervous and called a handful of lawyers. I initially chose Ross because of his relationships with the Voorhees court and his fees were affordable. He was confident the DWI could be reduced to a reckless or careless driving since I was under the limit and so I was prepared to get some points and pay some fines. I was not prepared for the judge to toss the whole case. I swear he looked at my breathalyzer results and said "What? Did you have like one drink?" He thought maybe I had been rude to the cop (per the cops own report I was polite). He dropped all charges and reduced the speeding ticket to a 28 in a 25. I paid a small fine with 0 points. I call that a WIN for me, if not for Voorhees taxpayers who pay big overtime to cops for wasting time like this. BTW if the Voorhees cops want some real action maybe they should work in Philly. I received four tickets about a month ago for speeding 86 in a 45, reckless driving, unregistered vehicle, and failure to display proof of insurance. This has not been my first time with motor vehicle tickets/points, in the past I have had tickets reduced to careless driving over 3 times which made m...e very nervous since I need a clean driving abstract for my career.
