Child Support case / family law
I hired Mitch to handle an extremely difficult child support case in New Jersey for arrears that dated back to over 5 years ago and wasn’t closed out when the child turned 18; however Mitch and his team handled it effectively despite the delays due to covid and the court house. In the end I got the...

Fees High, But Gets Things Done
I retained attorney Mullen to represent me for a child support case I had pinned against me. He did a great job and although I might not agree with his fees like $90 phone calls for only a few minutes, I believe that he is still a great lawyer. Mitch cares about his clients to the fullest degree, he ...

Terrible Counsel and Predatory Billing
If you want an attorney who overcharges you and provides no intuitive counsel this guy is your man. I hired him for a child support case and was told it would cost me 1500 to 2000 tops. He ended up charging me 5000. Hundreds of dollars for two minute phone calls and many other questionable charges on...

Overcharged and Underacheived
I wish I read reviews prior to hiring him . There are certainly enough reviews indicating the same ongoing issue that I myself experienced . Being charged for mistakes, constant over charging billing above and beyond the initial retainer , and not going through with the actual reason you paid the ret...
While this review is anonymous I believe it is an individual who had a recent issue with her final bill. She came to us after her divorce and when she had defaulted on certain post divorce matters. These cases are hard to resolve and we disagreed on how to best proceed. The client then decided she did not wish to litigate the issue she first came to us with. I wish her well in the future

support & college issues, go see him!
After a long battle with my ex, Mr. Mullen got me a great result and exceeded expectations. He allowed our son to complete his college education without worry of how he'd pay for it. For support and college related issues, I'd recommend him cause he gets results.

Admonition issued in NJ, 2015
updated on 08/07/2015An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“This admonition was a result of my contacting a witness of the opposing party via email because he was threatening my client. It turns out the witness was represented and I should have emailed the attorney not the witness”
