Biography
Keith J. Gentes joined Malamut & Associates, LLC in January of 2013. Prior thereto, Keith worked for a civil litigation firm in Voorhees, NJ. Keith graduated from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, in 2009. While attending Rutgers School of Law - Camden, he participated in the James R. Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition and earned the award of Top 10 Brief. He earned his B.A., in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Since his admission to the bar, Keith concentrates his practice primarily on litigation matters. Specifically, he focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury matters such as automobile/motorcycle collisions, trucking accidents, slip and fall/trip and fall accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and violations of civil/liberties/civil rights.
Keith has extensive courtroom experience. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. In New Jersey, a Certified civil trial attorney is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice. The Supreme Court, through its Board on Attorney Certification, designates only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the standards set by the Board and approved by the Court.
