Top notch criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter involving my ex-husband. I had previously used a public defender who was attempting to talk me into a state prison term of jail. Not only would this affect my children and my freedom, but I would also lose my nursing license with a criminal conviction o...n my record. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss the case, communicated with me regularly about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the entire case dismissed and thrown out of Court. A Judgment of Dismissal was entered on the day we were scheduled to begin Trial! Mr. Hark believed in me, he believed in the facts of my case and he believe that my husband was attempting to use criminal charges as a means to get at me, my children and my job. I am fortunate now to have a lifelong attorney in Mr. Hark. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and communication skills. He was also willing to enter into a payment plan that worked for my budget. Mr. Hark's staff was always responsive to my needs and made me feel comfortable whenever I called or needed to schedule an appointment. Workers Comp and Personal Injury Claims

Jeff has been representing me since June 2014 when I was involved in a catastrophic truck crash. He's presently representing me for the Worker's Compensation and third-party case against the other driver that drove into oncoming traffic with a loaded triaxle dump truck and struck my dump truck. T...his guy is the real deal. Whenever I have a question or need assistance regarding anything involving my two cases or a personal matter, he is always right there at the other end of the phone. If I'm up in the middle the night worrying about my case or worrying about my treatment or worrying about temporary disability benefits, I email him or text him knowing that he will contact me first thing in the morning. There are many days that he stops by my house when he's been on the way to Court to answer my questions in person, meet with my family, and help me through this very traumatic time. He also doesn't take any BS. He knows when I have missed doctors appointments, have not been going to therapy, and when I'm not doing what I am supposed to be doing. He can read between the lines and between my words all the time. He makes every effort to get me back on track, give me hope that I'll be able to get back into a truck and hope that we will arrive at a resolution that will get my life back in order. His office is on the ball regarding almost every doctor's appointment, every Court event, every legal aspect of the Worker's Compensation and personal injury case. They are constantly in touch with me and also very approachable, helpful, courteous, professional and downright my new best friends. I know if I have a question I can call Jeff and his staff and if they don't have the answer right then and there, they'll have an answer by the end of the day. I have recommended Jeff to many friends for criminal, civil and Worker's Compensation cases because I know how well, how thorough and how completely he has been representing me and my cases even if they are not done yet. Above my expectations

Mr. Hark recently settled a case for my son who was bit by a dog in Camden. I found Mr. Hark after reviewing his website on my cell phone while in the emergency room crying. Mr. Hark met me immediately, and commenced his investigation and handling of our case. Not only did he find the property o...wner, his investigator found and conducted a thorough and complete examination of the property in question, met our family at our property nearby, and communicated with me on a regular basis. Within seven months the case was settled for a substantial amount of money that will help put my son through college when he turns 18. My husband cannot believe how successful we were in resolving this case as quickly as we did. He had another attorney represent him for a personal injury matter that went on for years and years and eventually settled for a little bit or no money. Mr. Hark communicated with me on a regular basis, assisted our family in obtaining the psychological counseling and services my son desperately needed, plastic surgery consult he desperately needed, and ultimately became a family friend. Whenever I called, he was available, answered all of my questions, and made me feel secure and taken care of. He made sure all the medical bills were paid and the ultimate settlement was in our family's best interest. I fully intend to recommend him to any of my friends or coworkers if and when they are looking for an honest, dependable, straightforward attorney who will absolutely work for their benefit.

High recommendation for a Workers Compensation Attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Hark for any Workers Compensation case you may have. I met Mr. Hark through a referral from a physician that was treating me following my work related injury. Mr. Hark met me wherever I needed him to because I was unable to drive at the time. He made sure I received all the med...ical treatment necessary and reasonable for my type of injury. He also made sure the insurance company paid me every dollar of temporary disability benefits they were obligated to pay both pre and post surgery. Don't ever be concerned about Mr. Hark or his staff calling you back. He usually emailed me at 6:30 in the morning, his staff is in at seven, and they even email me at the end of the day after 8, 9 or 10 o'clock at night just to make sure I was OK and was receiving the medical and temporary disability benefits I was entitled to. When it came time to settle my Workers Compensation case, I met with Mr. Hark several times, he explained everything to me and obtained the best and quickest result I could have hoped for. His staff is always honest, direct, straightforward, helpful and very responsive to any of my questions, concerns, anxieties and needs as I moved through the Worker's Compensation process. Again, I strongly recommend Mr. Hark. He always dealt with me on such a wonderfully warm and personal level during all of our meetings. He always made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. I was very satisfied with the end result.

The very best by far!

I hired Jeffrey Hark to represent me for a very serious, terrible accident that involved the death of my son. I agree with all the other reviews about Mr. Hark both professionally and personally. I just want to add a few of my own comments so people really understand the amazing, sensitive and profes...sional attorney you can deal with. Honestly, there were many days that I called Jeffrey crying because of the type of case we were working on together. He always provided me with his full attention, the utmost humility and patience. He and his staff gave me a reassured feeling that he was taking care of everything. Honestly, I couldn't handle anything and he did everything for me to make me feel better. I never was worried about Mr. Hark working on my file or where we were in the litigation process. Not only did he keep me informed at every stage, he always sent me paperwork to keep me informed and knowledgeable of where we were every step of the way. When we spoke, which was often, Jeffrey always communicated with me directly, honestly and in a very professional manner. Whether I emailed him, his secretary or his paralegal, I always got a response either first thing in the morning, by the end of the day or a phone call immediately. I didn't have to do anything and never worried about the outcome because I had such confidence in Mr. Hark's ability. Unfortunately, the tremendous success we achieved in the Courtroom will never bring my son back, however, I know I have a lifelong friend and attorney I can turn to if ever I need assistance again.
