DWI CONVICTION

Mr. Hark represented made for a DUI for the last 6 months. I hired him after reading all of the reviews listed below on the internet. Mr.Hark went to court with me numerous times, reviewed all the discovery with me, obtained the experts he promised, and fought with thevprosecutor at every step of... the way. In the end even though I had to plead guilty to the charge, mr. Hark got the refusal charge thrown out, the reckless driving charge thrown out, and was successfully able to have my period of suspension reduced to three months from well over a year. He followed through on everything he told me after our initial meeting and was honest direct and straightforward with me. Losing stinks but Mr Hart helped minimize the damage as much as possible and helped me understand how this was the best of a worst-case scenario. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Hark for anybody in a similar circumstance as myself looking at losing my job, losing my CDL, losing my profession.

Jeff did a great job for my family!

My family hired mr. Hark rto represent us for a very serious criminal matter involving my brother. When we first contacted mr. Heart we were so scared and concerned about our family member going to State Prison. The charges were so serious and we were so overwhelmed. Mr. Hart helped us feel at ease c...ome as relaxed as possible given the circumstances. He gave us advice every step of the way had to handle the matter and it was always accessible and accommodating to any of our questions while we sat around and wearing day in and day out during this long difficult process. Mr. Hark was able to negotiate a resolution that involved no State Prison thank God, and only some probation with minimal issues. We're so glad we came to him and So Satisfied with the result. We found mr. Harp through the internet and had read reviews from other clients on this webpage before we came in. Honestly, we didn't believe all of them because almost every review is too glowing and positive. The funny thing is, after working with mr. Hark for the last 12 months, I have come to realize that every one of the reviews from every one of the clients underneath me are really true. Mr. Heart listen to everything every one of my family members had to say, answered all of our family questions whenever we called comma met in his office whenever we wanted to see him and was compilate courteous professional and comforting every time we were together. I strongly would recommend Mr. Hark for your criminal or personal injury or workers compensation matter because I am sure if he brings the same level of intensity compassion and personal concern to those cases as he did for our awful criminal matter. His staff also is accessible helpful confident and very nice as well.

I chose Mr. Hark after searching the Internet and reading these reviews. Ironically a famply member gave us Mr harks phone number after we had already established him. I'm not one to write these reviews and am not really tech savvy or lawyer savvy. However I really want to tell those reading these... reviews and looking for a seriously experiences nice and competent attorney to help them with workers comp issues that Jeff is the guy. Helpful, yes. I touch with us regularly, yes. Keeping us informed, yes. Fighting for us, always. Jeff and his staff helped my family tremendously during his rwally painful and difficult time ointment our lives. He ans his staff, nancy and terrie, made what seemed to be a scary process easier and manageable. We are putting a settlement though in a few weeks and now I can Surely recommend him to anyone who needs to fight back against their employer and the insurance company. I would highly recommend Mr hark any day of the week.

Great attorney

I was involved in a car accident about a year ago, and we have just decided on a settlement where Mr.Hark fought and worked very hard to get me what I deserved and needed. I was more than happy with the work he did and the results- and fast! He was very informative and kept me involved every step of ...the way. He was great! The funny thing was at the beginning of this whole process the insurance company offered me money. I was very tempted to take it. I talked to a friend of mine who put me in touch with Mr. Hark who told me how awful that would be and at the insurance company was taking advantage of me. Eight months later instead of walking away with virtually nothing I walked away with such a substantial amount of money that I cannot believe it. Never trust any insurance company adjuster when they are attempting to deal with you first hand. Everything Mr. Hart said was 100% accurate honest truthful. He communicated with me and my mom on a regular basis and made me feel comfortable and protected. I am grateful for having patience in waiting and thinking for two seconds because these funds will go a long way to help me move forward in my life. Thanks again Mr.Hark.

This guy should have more than 5 stars!

Five stars is not enough for Mr. Hark. I have never written a review for anybody but I feel compelled because Mr. Hark essentially saved my life. For anybody looking for an attorney to help them with drug addiction, criminal charges, recovery, and the path to normalcy from the depths of drug abuse ...please read on. This is the attorney you need to hire to help you take back your life, to take back your family, and to feel like a person again. As I was spiraling out of control with mental health issues, drug abuse, and long-term drug addiction issues; the law finally caught up with me and I was facing substantial state prison time or possible suicide. Mr. Hark took the time to work with my wife and me over the course of four years from my initial arrest, incarceration, mental health incarceration, and outpatient recovery. One year ago he negotiated a deal for me that included a terrific probationary sentence, no jail time, and all I had to do was continue my mental health treatment and intensive outpatient therapy. We talked on a regular basis and he was personally involved with every aspect of my case every day. He communicated with my wife, got all the necessary documents from my medical providers, and answered any of my questions at anytime whether over the phone or by email. He was personally involved to help me every step of the way. Unfortunately, the depths of my denial were not fully obvious to me when I blew off the probation department and relatively insignificant probation obligations of reporting, community service, continued IOP and mental health treatment. As a result I was again looking at a long state prison term of incarceration. Mr. Hark's patience, excellent direction, and gentle persuasive expertise helped coax me back onto the train of recovery and no jail. As he told me the day that I hired him four years ago, I would be my own worst enemy. I have been my worst enemy, and he has been an excellent attorney and good friend to help me through what I have now ... a long-term physical illness that I must work with on a daily basis. Although the roots of my disease run deep, I am grateful that Mr. Hark was able to communicate to me and communicate to the court in a manner that saved my life. Mr. Hark helped to set up, maintain, and enable me to successfully participate on a regular basis with the appropriate therapy, counseling, antidepressant medication and Suboxone treatment that have enabled me to successfully integrate back into the community as a contributing member of society, as opposed to a jailed inmate labeled drug addict!
