My life saver

A while back I had gotten into some trouble for possession and a dui. My parents were far from happy with me and I was just about to give up all hope when I came across mr. Harks website . I spoke to a paralegal on his team trough the site and explained my situation . From that point on life seemed t...o have gotten much better ! Upon following his advice and listening to every word he said , he was able to not only keep me out of jail, but get my dui dropped down completely to a wreckless driving ticket . It was a miracle being how I had an underage dui when I was 20. I was placed on conditional discharge for the possession for a year and thanks to him my life has not only gotten better financially and emotionally , but I've acquired a new set of friends that help me stay on track and set goals ! Thank you for everything your team has done for me, I could never have gotten to where I am without all your hard work!

First class criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter and DWI. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss my case, communicated with me often about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the DWI dismissed and the criminal charges downgraded to a viola...tion of a town ordinance. This enabled me to avoid having any criminal conviction on my record. I was very lucky to have found and hired Mr. Hark. I truly have great confidence in his abilities and communication skills. His staff was always responsive to my needs and made me feel comfortable whenever I called in or tried to schedule an appointment. He never rushed my case and we went to Court at least 6-7 times to insure the best result for me!!! I know my review sounds like the other reviews here on AVVO, but honestly I had the same experience as all the others. Mr. Hark has a great deal of flexibility, passion and commitment to helping his client in times of great personal difficulty. He understands that I was a good guy in a bad set of circumstances and nothing more. He helped me and did not judge me. I am grateful and recommend him to anyone 100%.

A top of the line lawyer at an amazing price

I want to start this review by saying i dont really ever do reviews on anything, but in this perticular case i felt the need. I got into trouble a little under a year ago in a DUI situation in the Toms River area and i was in a bind. I never really got into trouble to this degree before and knew i ne...eded alot of help. I looked around for a bit online but im not one of those computer saavy guys, to be honest i scrolled through and seen Mr Harks biography, and i just called him hoping this would be my guy. I got extremely lucky, i DO NOT RECOMMEND this approach, which is part of the reason im writing this. I called Mr Hark and he asked me some basic questions about my incident and gave me a price, a very good price. He was also extremely flexible with me being in an extremely tight money situation. Mr Hark worked on my case for almost a year, fighting tooth and nail and overturned my DUI charge (which usually never happens). DO NOT SHOP FOR THE CHEAPEST LAWYER. I have friends who paid for "discount" lawyers and are paying for it now with a 7 month DUI. Dont be that guy, pay for a lawyer who will fight for you, you'll save thousands later. Mr Hark has a customer for life. (But hopefully i never need him again!) Thanks again
