Top notch criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter involving my ex-husband. I had previously used a public defender who was attempting to talk me into a state prison term of jail. Not only would this affect my children and my freedom, but I would also lose my nursing license with a criminal conviction o...n my record. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss the case, communicated with me regularly about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the entire case dismissed and thrown out of Court. A Judgment of Dismissal was entered on the day we were scheduled to begin Trial! Mr. Hark believed in me, he believed in the facts of my case and he believe that my husband was attempting to use criminal charges as a means to get at me, my children and my job. I am fortunate now to have a lifelong attorney in Mr. Hark. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and communication skills. He was also willing to enter into a payment plan that worked for my budget. First class criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter and DWI. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss my case, communicated with me often about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the DWI dismissed and the criminal charges downgraded to a viola...tion of a town ordinance. This enabled me to avoid having any criminal conviction on my record. I was very lucky to have found and hired Mr. Hark. I truly have great confidence in his abilities and communication skills. His staff was always responsive to my needs and made me feel comfortable whenever I called in or tried to schedule an appointment. He never rushed my case and we went to Court at least 6-7 times to insure the best result for me!!! I know my review sounds like the other reviews here on AVVO, but honestly I had the same experience as all the others. Municipal, Workers Compensation and Criminal cases

Jeff has represented me for the last seven years on numerous Municipal Court matters, Superior Court criminal matters, and two substantial Worker's Compensation cases. Not only did Jeff keep me out of jail on numerous occasions when I was virtually certain to go to State prison, save my drivers li...cense when I was about to lose my license, but he was able to secure much needed medical treatment for my shoulders and neck at a time when I thought I was going to be totally disabled without health insurance. I had a pretty significant workers comp injury quite a few years back when Jeff started representing me in Municipal Court. When we met he asked me why I was having trouble filling out a form during our initial interview. As a result of his one 5 minute discussion and questioning he opened up and handled the Workers Compensation Case resulting in several hundred thousand dollars in medical treatment, temporary disability benefits, and a very substantial permanency award for my shoulders and neck treatment. Jeff always has been and continues to be accessible by phone, text, email, or through his office. He is always professional, assertive, aggressive and responds to my calls immediately. I have recommended him to numerous family members for personal injury and traffic matters. I have mentioned his name to numerous individuals I have met at physical therapy and doctors offices.
