Attorney's attorney!

I am a local trial attorney who was involved in a pretty serious truck crash 18 months ago. When I showed up in Court one day with my arm in a cast Mr. Hark asked what happened to me. After I described the crash, Jeffrey insisted he represent me (and I not represent myself) due to his significant e...xperience handling major commercial truck crashes involving some of the largest trucking companies in the country. He explained to me the seriousness of my case and the manner in which the trucking industry insurance companies and their teams of lawyers will handle my case. He convinced me I needed someone on my side to work for me so I could focus on getting better and getting back to my professional life and family life! Mr. Hark settled a case that has disrupted my professional life, my personal life and my family life in ONLY 18 MONTHS! He communicated with me via phone, email and regular mail almost weekly! I would be updated on the litigation progress, important Court events, doctor's appointments and discovery issues by Jeff personally, his legal assistant and his secretarial staff on such a regular basis, I knew everything they were doing! Although extremely busy with his other substantial criminal, personal injury and workers compensation practices, Jeff always took the time to discuss the serious issues in my case as well as the areas of weakness. Very satisfied professional truck driver/client injured while working

Mr. Hark is one of those attorneys that I could communicate with whenever and where ever I needed him. On the day of my accident my wife actually called him on his cell phone while I was on my way to the hospital. He made her feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Every day thereafter ...either he or his secretaries communicated with me by email, text, cell phone, regular mail, updates and progress for my case. Whenever I needed him or wanted to talk about medical treatment or just to get some reassurance that me and my family were going to be okay, he was always there. Mr. Hark represented me for a horrific truck crash and prior car crash I was involved in while operating a tanker truck northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike. Because of a confidential settlement with a large postage, shipping company, I cannot describe the driver or the company that caused me great pain, discomfort, substantial loss of finances and my future livelihood. I can tell you that Mr. Hark worked endlessly, aggressively and with great compassion for me and my family to secure a successful and satisfactory recovery against this dangerous driver. He also handled my workers compensation and fought aggressively for me to get me every bit of temporary disability benefits and medical treatment under New Jersey's employer friendly workers compensation statute. I would recommend Mr. Hark to any driver and/or commercial truck driver injured while just doing their job and just trying to support their family. He always answered my calls, handled my wife's financial and personal injury concerns about me, made sure workers compensation did what they were supposed to do and fought like hell against one of the largest shipping companies in the country to get me a very successful settlement.

Working 4 Workers Comp & 3rd Party

Jeff has been on the ball since he was hired. Involved in a major Motor vehicle accident he first straightened out some information that should not have been in court and it never was... During the long fight with workmans comp, he always made sure I had some money coming in somehow and my medical ne...eds were fought for. Opposed to sitting back and doing nothing, as my case is somewhat open/shut with wittnesses, Jeff has worked hard to get me an award HE deems suitable to my prior life as my past life will never be available to me again do to my injuries and psychological conditions. I do not want to write a book here but if it were not Jeff, I would not have gone back to school for a field that I loved prior to my accident - one that perhaps I can do as well as my previous position. Listen - Jeff is a supurb lawyer who keeps you informed, every time I started getting worried about the cases and gave Jeff a call - it seemed like magic because he was in court the day of or before for me and had new news. I highly recommend Jeffrey Hark as your lawyer. My cases are not settled yet but I have every confidence that Jeff will and does have my best interest in mind. With some other lawyers this is an open/shut case where they would settle opposed to fight; I love the fact there is a fighter in my corner.
