Best Attorney Around ... Hands Down!

I'm sitting at my computer looking at a settlement check Mr. Hark provided me today for finishing my workers compensation case. I am a school bus driver that was struck by a landscaping truck with a stoned driver. Thank God none of my children were on the bus as I was between runs heading back in th...e early morning 3 -1/2 years ago. Although it took a while, I know Mr. Hark did everything he could to represent me against the landscape company, the driver who was criminally charged, and my own Worker's Compensation insurance company. I had lots of problems with my neck, back and shoulders as a result of the accident and Mr. Hark did everything he could to make sure I got all of the possible treatment. Mr. Hark always answered my calls, stayed on top of everything and never made me feel uncomfortable about even the smallest question me or my family had about my cases. When it came time to settle the cases he made sure that I got the best result, The Worker's Compensation lien was as little as possible, my child support arrearages were all paid off, and my family was taken care of. Thankfully I never lost my job and I'm back at work doing what I love to do, driving kids to and from school as always. I always tell them to stay in school so they don't become a bus driver. At my job we are told about how dangerous school bus driving is and how the drivers on the road are disregarding our yellow lights and red lights more and more every day. I have read about this on Mr. Hark's website because he updates his website about school bus crashes around the State of New Jersey. I'm sure it's not a question of if I'm going to be in another accident but, when I'm going to be in another accident as a school bus driver. Hopefully it never happens but if it does I will absolutely call Mr. Hark right away and get his name out to every parent who's child is on my bus. He took care of me and my family and I know that he can take care you and your family with reliable, professional and excellent legal services.

My dad, Sam Harper, just submitted a review of Jeffrey and I wanted to add a few additional comments as well. First of all, I agree with my dad and all the other reviews of Mr. Hark. Honestly, these reviews are really on point and reflect my family's years of experience and personal service with Mr.... Hark's office. I always feel comfortable calling Jeff to discuss my personal injury matter or any other legal issue which may or may not relate to my case. He always gives me his undivided attention, honest opinion, and professional advice. Sometimes I may just call him and ask about a Supreme Court decision or something that happened in the news and he always treat me like family. Municipal, Workers Compensation and Criminal cases

Jeff has represented me for the last seven years on numerous Municipal Court matters, Superior Court criminal matters, and two substantial Worker's Compensation cases. Not only did Jeff keep me out of jail on numerous occasions when I was virtually certain to go to State prison, save my drivers li...cense when I was about to lose my license, but he was able to secure much needed medical treatment for my shoulders and neck at a time when I thought I was going to be totally disabled without health insurance. I had a pretty significant workers comp injury quite a few years back when Jeff started representing me in Municipal Court. When we met he asked me why I was having trouble filling out a form during our initial interview. As a result of his one 5 minute discussion and questioning he opened up and handled the Workers Compensation Case resulting in several hundred thousand dollars in medical treatment, temporary disability benefits, and a very substantial permanency award for my shoulders and neck treatment. Jeffrey has represented me on numerous personal injury and workers compensation claims over the last 20 years.
